# Pablo Bravo

*Founder of Viaondo*

Pablo Bravo founded Viaondo and builds it from Valladolid, Spain. He writes practical guides for small travel agencies on delivering trips clearly.

## About Pablo

Pablo started Viaondo to give small travel agencies what large platforms take for granted: every trip delivered as an app, with the agency’s own brand, that keeps working when the traveler has no signal.

He works on every part of the product: the itinerary editor, booking import, the offline traveler app and the ten languages it speaks. He also reads the support inbox himself.

On the blog he writes about building clear itineraries, handling time zones and schedule changes, and getting documents to travelers without long PDFs and chat threads.

## Writes about

- Itinerary design
- Travel agency operations
- Time zones and schedule changes
- Offline trip apps
- Privacy for travel agencies
- Entry rules and travel documents

- [How to send a changed itinerary to clients without confusion](https://viaondo.com/blog/send-changed-itinerary-to-clients): After an airline retime or a hotel swap: what to tell clients, how to mark each change, keep one current version, confirm they saw it and what EU rules require.
- [PDF, link or app: how to send an itinerary to travel clients](https://viaondo.com/blog/send-itinerary-to-clients-pdf-link-or-app): A PDF by email, a shared web link or a branded app: how each one handles offline use, changes, link privacy, file size and phones abroad, for small agencies.
- [Time zones and daylight saving time in client itineraries](https://viaondo.com/blog/time-zones-daylight-saving-time-itineraries): How to write flight and transfer times in a client itinerary: local times, the zone, the 2026–2027 clock changes, 23- and 25-hour days, and a checklist.
- [Passport validity rules for travel: what agencies should check before booking](https://viaondo.com/blog/passport-validity-rules-travel-agents): The passport validity rules travelers hit: the Schengen 3-month and 10-year rule, the six-month rule, and the checks an agency runs before booking a trip.
- [Is it safe to keep client passports in itinerary software? What to ask before you choose](https://viaondo.com/blog/client-passports-itinerary-software-gdpr): What the GDPR asks of a small travel agency and its software vendor, and what nine itinerary tools publish about hosting, DPAs, sub-processors and deletion.
- [EU Entry/Exit System (EES): what travel agencies should tell clients before they fly](https://viaondo.com/blog/entry-exit-system-what-travel-agents-tell-clients): The EU Entry/Exit System has been fully live since 10 April 2026. What travel agencies should tell non-EU clients, who is exempt and what to add to each trip.
