A new traveler app, a new agency dashboard, AI booking import that you always review, personal links and six languages.
Viaondo v2 renews both sides of the product: the app each traveler receives and the dashboard where the agency builds the trip.
The traveler app, redesigned
Four tabs keep the important things at hand:
- Today: what comes next, always on top, with the local time and meeting point of the next flight or transfer.
- Trip: the itinerary, day by day.
- Documents: boarding passes, vouchers and insurance, with filters by traveler and type.
- Explore: the destination guide, the map and places.
Offline, verified
After the first opening with a connection, the trip saves itself on the phone: itinerary, addresses and documents. Before calling it ready, the app checks the copy (size and SHA-256 checksum). The street map needs a connection; the rest of the trip works without one.
Changes travelers understand
When you publish a new version, travelers see what changed, before and after, and their offline copy updates when they accept it. If you like, you can also let them know by email, in their language.
A new dashboard for the agency
- Editor with live preview: the preview is the real traveler app, at any moment of the trip and in any language you choose.
- Drag and drop: move bookings and plans between the days of the itinerary.
- Trip Check: before you publish, it flags missing documents or references and overlapping times.
- Versions: every publication creates a version that no longer changes, and the history is kept.
AI booking import, always reviewed
Upload a PDF or a screenshot, or paste the confirmation email. Viaondo proposes flights, hotels, trains, transfers and activities with their local times and the excerpt of the document each item comes from. You review, edit and accept each item: nothing is added or published without your review.
Group and personal links
The group link shows the whole trip to anyone who has it. A personal link adds each traveler’s own documents and seats. You can create a new link, which stops the old one from working, or revoke a link at any time.
Your brand, six languages and EU data
- Logo, brand color (Viaondo adjusts the shade when needed so text stays readable), contact details, WhatsApp button and review link.
- The traveler app and the dashboard in Spanish, English, Portuguese (Brazil), French, Italian and German.
- Data and files are hosted in the European Union.
