What cookies are
Cookies are small files that a website stores in your browser to remember information between visits. This policy also explains how we use similar technologies, such as the browser’s local storage.

The language cookie is created when you choose a language or sign in. The session cookie only exists in the agency dashboard: if you only visit the public website, it is not created.
Local storage
The traveler app does not use cookies. To work offline, it stores the following in your browser’s storage (local and session storage, Cache Storage and IndexedDB):
- the offline copy of the trip: itinerary, addresses and documents;
- your preferences: language, pre-trip checklist ticks and tips already seen;
- usage events that could not yet be sent to your agency because there was no connection, and the time you last opened the trip, so that repeated openings are not recorded several times in a row.
This data is needed for the service you ask for (having your trip available offline) and is not used for advertising or to track you on other sites. You can delete the copy from the app itself or by clearing the site’s data in your browser.
Some of the website’s free tools, such as the itinerary template, save what you type in your browser’s local storage so that you don’t lose it if you reload the page. That information never leaves your browser.
No advertising or third-party cookies
We do not use advertising, analytics or third-party cookies, and the traveler app contains no trackers. If we enable visitor analytics in the future, it will be our own, aggregate and cookieless.
Why you don’t see a cookie banner
All the cookies and storage we use are technical: they are needed to provide the service you ask for, such as showing the website in your language, keeping you signed in or saving your trip offline. Article 22.2 of Spanish Law 34/2002 on information society services and electronic commerce (LSSI-CE) exempts this kind of cookie from consent, so we do not need to show you a banner or ask for your permission. If we ever add cookies that do require consent, we will ask for your permission before using them.
How to delete cookies
You can view and delete cookies in your browser settings, usually under privacy or site data. If you delete the session cookie, you will have to sign in to the dashboard again; if you delete the language or theme cookie, you will have to choose them again.
