Accessibility statement

We want everyone to be able to use Viaondo. This is what we already do and what is not solved yet.

Our commitment

We want everyone to be able to use the website, the agency dashboard and the traveler app, including people who use a screen reader, navigate with a keyboard or need more contrast. Our goal is to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.

Compliance status

Viaondo partially meets WCAG 2.2 level AA, because of the limitations listed below. This assessment comes from a self-evaluation carried out in September 2026, with automated tools and manual review.

What we do

  • Automatically checked contrast in every release, including with each agency’s brand color: if text would be hard to read, Viaondo adjusts the shade and shows the result of the check.
  • Keyboard navigation on the website, in the dashboard and in the traveler app.
  • Text alternatives for images that convey information.
  • Reduced motion: if you turn on this preference on your device, we reduce animations.
  • Language marked on every page, so that screen readers use the right pronunciation.

Known limitations

  • Street maps. They depend on an external service (OpenStreetMap) and are not fully accessible. Place addresses are also shown as text, which you can copy or open in your maps app.
  • PDF documents uploaded by agencies. Their accessibility depends on whoever created them, such as the airline, hotel or insurer. Viaondo shows them as it receives them.

Contact

If you find an accessibility barrier or need content in another format, write to us at [[OWNER: email de contacto]]. We will reply within 20 business days at most [[OWNER: confirmar plazo de respuesta]].

If the problem is in the content of your trip, such as a document, you can also ask your agency for help directly.

We will review this statement whenever there are significant changes to the product.
