Is Viaondo a CRM or a booking system?
No. Viaondo doesn’t sell trips, take payments or manage leads. It covers the trip itself: building it and delivering it to each client as a branded app. Agencies keep their CRM, booking tools and invoicing as they are.
Do travelers need to install anything?
No. The trip opens in the phone’s browser from a private link. Travelers can add it to their home screen with the agency’s icon, and it works offline once saved.

How is client data protected?
Each agency’s data is isolated from every other agency’s, stored in the EU and served only to its members; trip links are private and can be revoked. The security page has the details.
