What travel agency software costs in 2026

The listed prices of ten itinerary and trip-app tools for travel agencies side by side, with how each one charges and what a whole team pays in a year. Every figure comes from the vendor’s own pages, with the date we checked it.

How much does itinerary software for a travel agency cost?

In October 2026, listed prices run from about US$19 a month for a solo plan with a trip limit to US$299 a month or more for tour-operator suites. Most tools charge per user, typically US$25 to US$39 per seat a month on yearly billing, so the bill grows with the team. Viaondo charges US$50 a month for the whole agency + VAT.

How per-seat, flat and per-passenger pricing play out as a team grows is explained in per-seat vs flat pricing: what travel agency software costs a team of 1, 3 or 10.

How we checked these prices

Every price and term comes from the vendor’s own pricing page, terms or app store listing, read on the date shown in its comparison, where each source is listed. Where a vendor doesn’t publish a price, we say so instead of guessing.

Viaondo is our product, so treat its row as ours. Its other tools’ figures are what they list; plans change, and each comparison page carries the date it was last checked.

Frequently asked questions

Why do most tools charge per user?
Suites that include a CRM, proposals and invoicing price each advisor’s seat, because each seat works its own leads and clients. Tools that focus on delivering the trip, like Viaondo, can charge per agency, so adding a colleague costs nothing.
Which is the cheapest option for a solo advisor?
For one person, an entry plan from a per-user tool can cost less than Viaondo: TravelJoy’s Starter lists US$19 a month with a trip limit, and Tern’s yearly seat comes to US$35 a month. From two or three people, per-user prices usually pass a flat agency price.
Are prices with or without VAT?
Without. US vendors list prices before sales tax and European ones before VAT. Viaondo adds VAT on top only where it applies, as described on its pricing page.
Do these tools charge setup fees?
Most don’t say. White-label store apps usually do: mTrip asks for a setup fee on its White-Label plan, and Mogu lists €3,000 for the first year of a branded app. Viaondo has no setup fee.
